1. Where are your shoes from?
A: They are directly imported from Korea!
2. Why are your shoes so expensive?
A: The price consists of the supplier fee, international shipping fee and
basic shoe fee. My shop is cheaper than the more popular ones around! EXCLUDES LOCAL POSTAGE FEE btw.
3. How do I know what shoe size should I be ordering?
A: Korea shoe sizes tend to run slightly smaller.
I'm a 36/37, and I fit snugly into their 37 shoes. So buy bigger.
4. When will the shoes arrive?
A: Shoes are being shipped over via EMS, and will arrive 2 weeks upon batch closure.
5. How long does it take for you to close a batch?
A: I will require 15 shoe orders to close one batch.
6. Are these the only designs you have?
A: Designs will be changed every 1-2 months, depending on occasions.
You can request for a particular design if it is taken off, cos it might still be available!
7. How do you accept payment?
A: STRICTLY BY BANK TRANSFER ONLY, unless I know you personally/ live near you.
8. Where do you conduct your mass/self meetups?
A: Mass meetups will be at CityHall. Personal meetups will be to my convenience.
9. I still don't know my foot size!! HELP!
